Green Murshidabad Movement Launched

Environmental Activist Ardhendu Biswas Called for Green Murshidabad Movement to add green cover in Historical Murshidabad in order to Fight climate change and Balance of biodiversity in the district. Huge number of people spontaneously joined their hands with full covid appropriate precautions. Over fourteen NGOs took part in the Megs Plantation drive from Katabagan to Kumrahdah Ghat in Hariharpura. Honourable District Magistrate IAS Shri Shrad Kumar Trivedi patronised the movement. IPS Shri K. Sabari SP and honorable Sp traffic and SPMurshidabad, Dr. Ravishankar Ravi and many environment lovers put their efforts in planting four hundred native Plants on either side of the road.
