1. Online & Offline Donations

All donations made via our website or offline methods (bank transfer, cheque, etc.) are considered final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be processed under the following rare circumstances:

• Unauthorized transaction
  
  

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to missiongreenuniverse@gmail.com within 7 days of the donation, mentioning:

• Date and amount of donation
  
  
• Payment method and transaction ID
  
  
• Reason for the refund request
  
  

Our team will review your request and process any eligible refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method.
