🌍 Objective

The initiative aimed to merge the environmental protection movement with the message of global peace. By planting trees and organizing awareness activities, the campaign sought to inspire individuals—especially the younger generation—to recognize the vital link between ecological harmony and societal peace.

Tree Species Planted:

Bokul (Mimusops elengi)

Simul (Bombax ceiba)

Krishnochura (Delonix regia)

Arjun (Terminalia arjuna)

Koranja (Pongamia pinnata)

Chatim (Alstonia scholaris)

Mehagoni (Swietenia mahagoni)

🪴 Key Activities

  1. Short Awareness Campaign:

Focused on the interdependence between a healthy environment and a peaceful society. Speakers highlighted climate challenges and the role of trees in fostering sustainable living and reducing conflict over natural resources.

  1. Green Rally:

A spirited procession involving students, volunteers, and environmentalists holding placards and chanting slogans emphasizing nature conservation and peace.

  1. Mass Plantation Drive:

1000 saplings were planted along the Fatehpur roadside, transforming the area into a developing green corridor to combat pollution and beautify the urban landscape.

The participation of young students played a vital role in energizing the movement and ensuring long-term care for the planted trees.

Developed green cover along an important roadside area, which will aid in reducing heat and dust pollution.

Encouraged peaceful coexistence by reinforcing the message that protecting nature is a shared, non-violent pursuit.

Fostered environmental consciousness among the youth through experiential learning.

Strengthened partnerships between environmental groups, academic institutions, and corporate supporters.
